About Shipping
Some of our product are shipped directly from our suppliers. Products that may require setup, programming or configuration such as internet routers are shipped from our office.
SHIPPING RATES
Estimated Fees:
To determine the estimated shipping cost to ship any item to your desired address, you may select any item and the estimated shipping cost will be displayed in your cart. You are NOT obligated to make the purchase or provide a payment method if you do not choose to proceed to checkout.
Actual Shipping Fee
The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once your actual destination address in inserted on the shipping page.
Shipping Guarantee Fee
Shipping Guarantee offers premium protection and safety for your valuable items during shipping. We'll reship your package immediately at no extra charge if it's reported lost. It is optional, you will be able to uncheck it if you do not need the shipping insurance.
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately and advise.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with physical delivery addresses within South Africa. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment to P.O. boxes are not allowed we ship to physical addresses within South Africa. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received your order damaged, please contact us immediately via email Capping sa4u@gmail.com or via the contact us page in order for us to find an appropriate solution. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

4)Shipping Time does not include a 1-2 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
5)We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses your availability at the delivery address. Delivery times may also be affected by circumstances out of our control such as war, flooding, hijacking ect.
6)If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact customer support within 7 days after your order was placed.
7)If your address is in remote areas , we may need to charge extra for the shipping fee ant it may also affect shipping times.
We do offer international shipping, but our standard procedure is to process most of our orders (95%) close to your customers' locations with local print providers. Sometimes, we may have to route an order to a producer in a different country from yours to ensure product availability, production capacity, and logistics and optimize delivery routes for a smooth delivery process. We ship to all countries internationally and charge shipping costs accordingly.
The delivery times given here are estimates. You can find more detailed information during checkout after you have added products to your basket. Your delivery time depends, among other things, on the type and number of products as well as the selected finishing technique.
1. Order Processing Time
Since each product is either printed on demand or sourced from our global partners, processing times differ from standard retail.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Notification: You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
2. International Shipping Estimates:
We ship to most global destinations. Please note that transit times vary by region:
USA / UK / Europe: 5 to 25 Business Days
Africa / Middle East: 15 to 30 Business Days
Standard shipping to AK, HI and Puerto Rico are generally delivered within 5 business days after the order is shipped. However, these locations may have delivery times up to 9 business days.
Note: These are estimates. Factors such as local postal delays or customs inspections are outside our control.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Responsibility:
The recipient is the "Importer of Record." Capping SA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
Fees:
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
Please note: International shipping times are not guaranteed. Customs clearance can significantly delay the delivery of international orders. Such delays are not reflected in our estimated shipping times and are beyond our control. To ensure the most efficient handling of your international order, please make sure to include a local telephone number and email where you can be reached. Please check with your local customs authorities in advance to determine your country's specific import requirements.

5. Tracking & Delivery
Tracking:
Most orders are shipped with a tracking number. Some international destinations may have limited "last-mile" tracking once the package enters the destination country.
Multiple Shipments:
If you order different items (e.g., a mug and a t-shirt), they may ship from different fulfillment centers and arrive in separate packages at different times.

APO destinations with Standard shipping can take up to 30 business days to be received, while Premium shipping to APO destinations may take up to 10 business days to be received after the order is shipped. Express shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes or APO address. If you enter a P.O. Box or an APO address for Express shipping, we will ship your order via our Premium shipping option.
Late deliveries are a rarity, and we work hard to prevent them. Still, if your order is delayed, we recommend you wait for two business days, and if it still doesn't arrive, you can use the tracking information, like ship date and ETA, and contact the carrier for an update. Ask them if they can expedite the process and make the same-day delivery. If they are unable to help, feel free to contact our customer care, and we will do our best to resolve the issue at the earliest.

If a shipping carrier is unable to deliver an order due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, it’ll be returned to sender's facility. You’ll receive a notification when this happens, and Capping SA will hold the order for 30 days at no charge.
How to minimize carrier returns

To avoid any other address errors, kindly double-check the address.
Capping SA has a three-step quality control process. However, in rare cases, damaged or mislabeled items might slip through or get damaged in transit. Capping SA covers replacements in these cases unless a low-resolution design file caused the issue.
Customers must report damaged items within 30 days of receiving them.
All of Capping SA's shipping methods have tracking, although the accuracy may differ for some carriers. If it’s past the estimated delivery date and you still hasn’t received your order, the package might be lost in transit.
Capping SA provides estimated shipping times, but delays can occur due to high order volumes, customs processing, or carrier issues. If a delay is outside the expected timeframe, check tracking updates.
