All orders carry a sample fee (Cap Price + Branding Price). This covers production setup. An emailed photo of the sample will be sent for your approval prior to mass production. The sealed sample is then shipped to you to keep for future repeat orders!

Screen Printing

  • R250 surcharge for orders of 1–13 units.

Sublimation

  • R150 surcharge for 1–200 units (Repeats: R50)
  • Design/Colour Change: R50 per colour/design
  • Individual Names: R10 per name (1 placement) OR R150 (Step & Repeat)

Jacquard Knitted Beanies

  • MOQ: 100 units (Adult & Kid sizes)
  • Branding: Unlimited placements
  • Options: Up to 4 thread colours (stock yarn)

Ordering & Artwork Guidelines

🎨 Artwork Requirements

  • Vector / AI or high-res PDF required with Pantone codes.
  • Redrawing fee: R250/hour.
  • Artwork proof completed in 24 hrs.

⏱️ Sampling Lead Times

  • 1–50 units: Sample ready in 48–72 hrs
  • 51+ units: Sample ready in 24–48 hrs
  • Production starts only after sample approval in writing.

💳 Payment & Validity

  • Payment: 100% upfront for COD branded orders.
  • Branding Quotes: Valid for 1 month.
  • Stock Quotes: Valid for 7 days.

⚠️ Cancellations & Extras

  • R150 Digitizing Charge: Applies if order is under 50 units or canceled after sampling.
  • R350 Fee: Invoiced if a sample is made but no final order is placed.
  • 12.5% Surcharge: Charged if stock is moved between branches and then canceled.
