- Physical Merchandise Fulfillment: For physical goods—including our animal-paired Arthur Ford range, Yummy Popcorn, Darling Sweet provisions, and custom Wall Art prints—orders are processed for packing within 1–3 business days. Courier dispatch tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as the package leaves our center.
Credit balances purchased under our tiered structures (The Sprout Pouch, The Grove Handful, or The Sanctuary Satchel) are deposited directly into your user data profile instantly upon verification. These credits carry no external cash redemption value and function solely as internal platform tokens.
2. Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy
Our cancellation parameters are determined entirely by the material nature of the item purchased:
- Digital Downloads & Workbooks: All sales of instantly downloadable products, credit bundles (Sacred Seeds), or individual app licenses are final and non-refundable once data generation has completed.
- Perishable & Sensory Items (Fragrances & Food): Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, our animal-paired Arthur Ford fragrance ranges, Yummy Popcorn, and Darling Sweet products cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded once dispatched, unless they arrive structurally damaged or defective.
- Physical Wall Art: Because our premium Wall Art is custom-printed, orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase before production initializes. If your art prints arrive structurally damaged via courier handling, please notify support within 48 hours for an automated exchange placement.
3. Transaction Security and Support
